In September 2012, ownership of Mochi Crème was transferred to California Dairy Creamery, Inc. with the addition of new incorporators. The company was the first to introduce the concept to the Philippine market. In August 2012, the company opened the business for Franchise. Currently, the Company has 20 existing branches nationwide.
